Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton

The breakfast was very very good, the room was quiet and incredible with a view. The location of the hotel was stunning, close to the lake.

The hot breakfast spread was fantastic and set a great tone for the day.

The housekeeping service was inconsistent. Our room wasn't cleaned despite informing the staff.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast options were consistently good, especially the fresh omelettes and ample seating. The peaceful hotel grounds and stunning vineyard view complemented our experience beautifully.

Beautiful Views and Convenient Access to Chateau Elan

The fine views of the vineyards from our room. We really appreciated the easy access to the winery and enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service for wine tastings. The hot breakfast spread was a nice addition to our mornings. The parking situation was a bit chaotic due to the holiday weekend.

Super friendly staff!

We were here for a family wedding and needed all the help we could get with a little flower girl! The staff was amazing-made everything easy with an early check-in and tons of extra towels. Plus, the restaurant on-site was a lifesaver for meals. Honestly, the only thing was the parking that was a bit tight at times.

Strongly recommend for a weekend pause

Clean room, excellent staff, with the added bonus of a great location near Chateau Elan where we dined without the hassle of driving.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful decor. The view overlooking the vineyard was something special, super relaxing vibe. I loved that they provided mini-fridges and microwaves, made things convenient. The only downside was that the pillows could've been a bit more comfortable for better sleep.

The breakfast buffet left quite a bit to be desired-out of milk, out of coffee, and just overall not well-stocked, which isn't the best first impression to wake up to. Housekeeping didn't meet expectations. I let the staff know I wanted the room serviced, yet it went untouched for the day, frustrating. Lastly, I noticed a questionable red stain on the wall behind the toilet.

Perfect if you're visiting Chateau Elan! The location is unbeatable, and the beautiful vine-covered scenery is fine. The hot breakfast spread was great. We loved the shuttle to the winery!
